*LOA is length overall of the boat including davits, bowsprits, boarding ladders, sterndrives, tenders, outboards, rudders, anchors, pulpits, pushpits
and any other extensions fore and aft of the boat.
Terms of Business are BMF12th Edition-Charges correct from September 2007 and are subject to annual review.
*Boats moored on the deep water pontoons or laid up in the yard may only be worked on by the owner, Lincombe Boatyard personnel or
sub-contractors engaged by Lincombe Boatyard Companies.
*Owners are NOT to bring their own sub-contractors onto Lincombe Boatyard premises without the permission of Boatyard Companies.
*A charge will be made for tidying up any mess left by owners around boats.
*All boats, equipment and stores therein are stored or moored strictly at owners risk.
*All work carried out will be invoiced each month and invoices are payable within thirty days. Interest will be charged at the rate of 2.5% per
month on outstanding invoices.
*All vessels lifted at discretion of crane operator and boatyard management.
*Owners must provide their own ladders and correctly secure them to their boat.. Lincombe Boatyard accepts no responsibility for anyone using
borrowed and/or unsecured ladders.
*Owners are to ensure that any tools and equipment used comply with current health and safety regulations.
*All vessels must be covered by a minimum £2,000,000 3rd party liability insurance.
*Only boatyard staff may adjust boat supports.
